In 1955 Château Minuty has been one of 23 properties to be distinguished as "Cru Classé Côtes de Provence."
On the hillside villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle, overlooking the Gulf of St. Tropez, the vineyard is remarkably well exposed
The vines are harvested culture wise, without herbicides or pesticides.
The harvest is done entirely by hand.
The high quality of wine has the reputation of sitting Château Minuty on the the French Riviera finest's tables.
